Saint Vincent de Paul Society Members of St. Vincent de Paul have a simple mission: to deepen their faith and reduce human suffering. To fulfill this mission they have a pool of dedicated people from the parish who volunteer their services to help the sick, poor, elderly, or anyone in need. They work in conjunction with the Parish Nurses. Some examples of their work include: providing clothing, food, health counseling, emotional support, financial support, transportation, meals, and housekeeping chores, all in the name of Christ. The goals of the St. Vincent de Paul Society are to use its members and parish volunteers who are willing to listen, to provide friendship, spiritual, moral, and material support and to give hope to those who have lost it. Would you like to help? You can be added to the volunteer list by simply contacting Parish Office (717-684-7070). If you or someone you know is in need, please contact the Parish Office.
